The MyRopo Login Page Gets a Fresh New Look

MyRopo’s login page will be renewed to offer an even smoother and more informative user experience. The updated page will introduce a modern design, clearer guidance, and new content that helps users navigate the service with ease – even before logging in.

The renewed login page will feature a clearer and more intuitive layout, making it easier for users to access key MyRopo features such as easy invoice management, flexible payment arrangements, and secure self-service tools available 24/7.

A new and easier way to log in

The updated MyRopo login page offers a smoother experience

As part of the renewal, MyRopo will introduce a simplified and more flexible login experience. Customers will be able to log in more smoothly, with clearer guidance and faster access to the service – especially for those who use MyRopo regularly.

Customers will also be able to add useful information to their profile, such as their bank account number for refunds, making future interactions even easier.

At the same time, the MyRopo web address will be aligned with Ropo’s global domain structure (fin.myropo.com, se.myropo.com, no.myropo.com). All existing links and bookmarks will continue to work normally, and users will not need to take any action – the transition will happen automatically in the background.

How the new MyRopo login works

You will be able to access MyRopo more easily by creating your personal MyRopo UserID. To set it up, you simply:

  1. Enter your email and confirm it with the verification code that will be send you.
  2. Accept the use of your personal data and complete a one-time BankID authentication.
  3. Start signing in more smoothly in the future, using your email and your chosen passkey authentication – without needing BankID every time.

If you prefer not to accept the use of your personal data or create a UserID, you can sign in using strong identification (BankID) instead.

What is a Passkey?

A passkey allows users to log in securely without passwords, codes, or authentication apps. MyRopo supports passkey login using your device’s Face ID, fingerprint, or PIN – making everyday sign-ins faster and more secure.

Continuous improvement for better customer experience

The renewal is part of Ropo’s ongoing effort to make MyRopo even easier to use and to offer customers more support and information already before logging in.
