Customer service system disruption affecting email communication and MyRopo Message Center

We are currently experiencing a disruption in our customer service system, which prevents us from receiving or sending emails in Ropo’s Service Support and End-customer Service. Due to this disruption, the MyRopo Message Center is also not operating.

We are investigating the cause of the disruption and will provide updates as soon as the issue has been resolved.
