With a fully integrated Ropo solution, the listed energy company Skandia Greenpower has streamlined processes, reduced costs, and strengthened customer insights. “We’re convinced we made the right decision,” says Skandia CEO Tommie Rudi.
Norwegian Skandia Greenpower owns various energy brands for the Norwegian end-user market, including Skandia Energi, Saga Energi, Motkraft, and Klarkraft. By the end of 2024, Skandia companies had over 50,000 electricity customers.
Over the past year, Skandia Greenpower has implemented major system changes. Alongside the transition to a new core system in Utility Cloud, Skandia also chose to consolidate all invoicing processes with Ropo.
“Changing both the core system and the total provider for invoicing services was a demanding decision for us. But in hindsight, I’m impressed with the entire onboarding and project execution by both Ropo and Utility Cloud. Both have been highly professional, and now that we are in daily operational mode, I’m convinced we made the right decision,” says Skandia Greenpower’s CEO, Tommie Rudi.

Everything in one place and on one platform
In autumn 2024, Skandia Energi and Saga Energi opted for a complete Embed solution, which includes the entire invoice lifecycle – from invoicing, payment reminders, debt collection, accounts receivable, end-customer service, as well as advanced analytics tools in Ropo OneView. All consolidated on our technology platform, Ropo One.
“Bringing all invoicing information and routines together in one place has improved and streamlined our processes, in addition to delivering significant cost savings.
